With the subscription of Vip Caps LLC, you acknowledge and agree with Vip Caps is in no way responsible for financial or other decisions made by the customer. You are to be compliant to not sharing or reselling any services provided by Vip Caps LLC. The selling,exchanging, exploiting of any part of our services, we are given the right to terminate any subscription with Vip Caps LLC.

The customer must acknowledge that Vip Caps LLC does NOT guarantee the winning of services presented by us. With purchase of a service you are insisting the purchaser is of 18 years or older and are not responsible for legal action upon us.

Vip Caps LLC is not a gambling website, and does not promote or encourage gambling in any form.

Refund Policy

Due to the service provided from Vip Caps LLC, there are NO guaranteed refunds. All refund requests will be reviewed by a Vip Caps LLC affiliate, and will be determined on a customer to customer base.
